Pamela Romero

Pamela Romero is paralegal at Valstone and works extensively with the General Counsel on all acquisition matters including due diligence, drafting and post acquisition integration. Pamela also co-ordinates with the various U.S. and European offices on a variety of legal matters.
Pamela began her career at Spiegel Sohmer in Montreal and later worked with Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP.
