Daniel Malouf

Daniel leads Valstone’s investment initiatives, from deal sourcing and execution, to post-acquisition value creation.

Prior to joining Valstone, Daniel was part of the Investment Banking team at RBC Capital Markets in Montreal, where he focused on M&A, equity, and debt financing across various sectors. Before RBC, he was part of National Bank Financial’s investment banking team and Valsoft’s industrial and transportation group.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, where he majored in Finance and graduated with distinction. While at Concordia, he was selected for the Kenneth Woods Portfolio Management Program.
