Sam Youssef

Sam co-founded Valstone in late 2022 and currently serves as Executive Chairman. In his early twenties, he transformed a passion for technology-based businesses into a company that quickly grew to over 300 employees, with offices across North America and Europe.

He is the founder and current CEO of Valsoft, a leading Canadian enterprise focused on building and acquiring software companies that deliver mission-critical solutions within their respective niches. Sam also co-founded Valnet, a forward-thinking company that operates a portfolio of some of the world’s largest entertainment web properties.

In addition to his roles at Valstone, Valsoft, and Valnet, Sam is an avid value investor, advisor, and board member to various early-stage businesses.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal.
